Within her years of experience, she has trained with Billy Blanks, the creator of Tae Bo ® in California, Washington D.C. and Kentucky, has been on QVC promoting fitness, and has been the featured instructor at Couples Negril Resort in Jamaica, West Indies.

My goal as a fitness professional is to work one-on-one with people to improve their fitness and activity levels! No matter the fitness level, there is always something new to learn about health and fitness. The learning, as well as the benefits, are life long. The fitness industry is very diverse and constantly changing, with new exercise techniques, diet advice and revolutionary lifestyle methodology being highlighted with increasing regularity. It is a necessity for me as a fitness professional to keep up with the ever changing industry trends.

Trainers will teach you how to be successful and comfortable in the "gym" as well as design workouts that will incorporate all components of fitness for a well rounded program. Weight Loss: the goal is to earn how to safely and effectively lose weight and improve body composition through exercise. Trainers will create a program that will be challenging, time efficient, and get you the results you are looking for. Stability & Core Training: the goal is to improve posture, coordination and decrease risk of injury by focusing on balance and training the abdominal and lower back muscles.

Building Size and Strength: the goal is to increase size and mass by performing weight training exercises that build muscle and increase strength.
